Amigo Abluxxen

Cleverly discard, even more cleverly abluxxen! The players try to lay out as many cards in front of them as possible, because they bring points. But beware of the other players: They are already lurking and want to abluxxen cards in order to score points themselves! But if you get too greedy, you might end up losing out yourself. The cunning card game classic by Wolfgang Kramer and Michael Kiesling. This is how you play Abluxxen: Each player receives 13 hand cards, and an additional 6 cards are placed face up in the middle of the table. When it is your turn, you place either one or more number cards of the same value face up in front of you. If other players have the same number of face up cards but with a lower value than the cards you played, you are abluxxed. Whoever abluxxes decides whether they want to take the other player's cards into their hand. If not, the other player takes the cards back into their hand or discards them. The game ends immediately as soon as a player has no more hand cards or the draw pile and the face up supply are empty. All cards that are in front of the players count as plus points, all cards in the hand count as minus points. The player with the most points wins.
