Asmodee Days of Wonder - Ticket to Ride - Germany

As a completely independent game, Ticket to Ride Germany is a new implementation of the game board and train routes that were first used in Ticket to Ride Märklin. There is a thematic change, so that the new edition is set in Germany during the 20th century. The game principle consists of collecting wagon cards in order to gradually take possession of a given rail network with the help of small plastic wagons. The color of the playing fields between the cities determines which wagon cards must be collected. If the number and color of the wagon cards match those of the playing fields between two cities, the route can be occupied with wagons of your own color. This is worth scoring points, with the length of the route being decisive. Points are also awarded again at the end of the game. To do this, the routes on the so-called destination cards must be completed. Each player draws three of these destination cards face down at the beginning, of which they must keep at least two. During the game, you can also repeatedly draw three more destination cards, of which you must keep at least one. However, if you do not complete the game goals, you get negative points.
