The British Mark V tank (male version) was produced in 1918 at the end of World War I. The tank was equipped with two 57mm cannons and five machine guns, operated by a crew of eight. The Mark V traveled at a dizzying speed of 7.4 km/h and could cover a distance of 65 km by road! These types of tanks took part in the clashes at Gomel, Amiens and on the Hindenburg Line on the Western Front.

The museum specimen from The Tank Museum in Bovington (Great Britain) with the number 9199 is still in operation today. This specimen with documented combat history served as a prototype for the COBI clamp-on building block model.

A carefully reproduced model of the MARK V (Male) tank, number 9199, consists of 837 COBI elements and measures 29 cm in length. Thanks to the modeling scale of 1:35, the model matches COBI figures and other vehicles available in this size. The tank is equipped with a working track traction, rotating cannons and opening hatches. Markings and emblems consist of colored blocks and permanent prints that do not wear off even with intensive use. The set includes a figure of a tank commander and a plate with the name of the set and the logo of the Tank Museum.
