World War II - soldiers, vehicles and equipment from World War II depicted in great detail.

The Mitsubishi A6M2 was one of the best fighters in the early days of World War II. The Navy Deck Fighter Model 0 had no official name. The number 0 represents the end of the year 2600 (according to the Japanese calendar), in which the aircraft was designed. Hence the popular term "Zero" invented by the British. The aircraft was designed in 1940 by order of the Imperial Japanese Navy by engineer Jir? Horikoshi. The model was constantly modified during the war. The machine was distinguished by high speed and maneuverability. These qualities were achieved, among other things, at the expense of armament. In total, about 11,000 copies of this aircraft were produced in various versions.
Assembling WWII building block models is a great way to spend time and pursue a passion for history and model making. The Mitsubishi A6M2 building block set includes 347 elements and a pilot figure. The fighter aircraft model from COBI was created with attention to the smallest detail. The aircraft has a movable propeller and ailerons. Its rotating rubber wheels slide out of the landing gear in takeoff or landing position. The cabin can be opened to place a figure of a pilot with a faithfully reproduced uniform and a print on the back at the controls! The aircraft has been covered with high-quality prints that do not rub off even with intensive use. The set also includes a special stand that makes the presentation of the model more attractive and a plate with the name of the aircraft. The block model of the Japanese fighter aircraft will delight young aircraft fans as well as older lovers and collectors of aviation history.
