HAMA MAXI beads (10 mm) were developed for small children who need larger beads to play with HAMA. If the motor skills are not yet sufficient for MIDI beads, MAXI beads are just right. This is why these beads are also well suited for children in playgroups, kindergartens and preschool classes. Most packs from the MAXI series contain transparent pegboards so that templates can be placed underneath. We recommend MAXI beads for children aged 3-5. To make this series easier to understand, we have limited the choice of colors.
