My first Rummikub was designed especially for little Rummikub fans.
And this is how it works:
1. Each player receives 6 stars and takes 6 pieces from the pool.
2. When laying out for the first time, each player needs 3 pieces in one color to lay out a number row.
3. After the first display, a turn always consists of one of two events: Whoever is next in line plays at least one piece from their discard board, or whoever cannot or does not want to place a piece must draw a piece from the pool and pay a penalty star to the bank.
4. Whoever has collected the most stars wins!
