Natural - Sustainable - Fair - Ecological - Organic: Sustainable products, fairly and responsibly manufactured in Europe, natural materials from controlled organic cultivation and an aesthetically sophisticated design are the foundations that sigikid attaches importance to when creating the GREEN series. All materials used in this series are 100% organic - the outer fabrics are from controlled organic cultivation (kbA), sheep's wool is used as filling material. The colors and finishes used in the GREEN collection are also ecological.
The green frog, which is around 15 cm tall and has a blue and white striped tummy, is not only the perfect toy for the baby's first waking phases, it also provides warmth thanks to the cherry stone pillow inside. The soft Nicky, teddy, jacquard and jersey fabrics as well as the cherry stone bag, which is included in the delivery, ensure a special feel. When moved, the filling makes noises that fascinate the baby and encourage it to keep reaching for the animal. The cherry stones are sewn firmly and securely into a cotton bag. This can be removed through an opening at the back and either heated on the radiator or briefly in the oven at 50° degrees (please follow the instructions). This turns the stuffed animal into a comfortably warm heat pad for babies and children between 0 and 4 years old. The cover can be easily washed at 30°C on a wool cycle. The cherry stone pillow must be removed beforehand. Using a loop, the heat pad can also be attached above the cradle (e.g. using a mobile holder from sigikid).
All materials are tested by an accredited testing institute in accordance with the Toy Safety Directive 2009/48/EC. Please note! Notes for organic filling materials: Organic filling materials (such as cherry stones, cereal filling, spelt, millet) absorb heat and cold very well and release them again in measured doses.
For cozy warmth:
• Remove the pillow from the soft toy to warm it up. Do not heat the soft toy!
• Oven (max. 50°C, max. 1 min.), radiator (a few minutes). Not suitable for the microwave! Do not exceed temperatures and times (risk of fire!).
• Please do not wash pillows, always keep them dry and air them regularly.
• Allergic reactions may occur in risk groups such as immunocompromised people or allergy sufferers.
• Please read and keep the enclosed care and usage instructions.
• The pillows should not be used permanently. The pillows should be aired regularly and stored in a dry place.
• Any long-term moisture penetration, such as may occur in bedridden persons due to sweat, should be avoided.
• If possible, the release of bioaerosols by shaking the pillows or similar should not take place in enclosed spaces or in the presence of potential risk groups.
• If the smells usually associated with the accumulation of mold (musty, mildew), the formation of damp spots on the pillows, or if allergies or respiratory diseases with an unexplained cause occur, the use of pillows with organic filling should be avoided.
